Bilingual associates skilled at helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
GREEN BAY, Wis. (April 28, 2016) — Helping people find and purchase their own truck and trailer is an important job for the associates at Schneider’s Fleet Sales division. To better assist customers whose first language is Spanish, Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, logistics and intermodal services, has expanded its sales team to include bilingual customer service representatives.
Schneider Fleet Sales sells inventory across the United States and Mexico, regularly working with buyers whose first language is Spanish. Adding bilingual customer service representatives will assist customers who prefer to speak Spanish when conducting business, giving the customers’ peace of mind with their transaction.
“Buying a truck or trailer involves an investment, and it’s important that our customers understand and feel comfortable with the equipment they are buying and the details of the deal,” said Rob Reich, senior vice president of equipment, maintenance and driver recruiting. “Our bilingual associates can convey important details to Spanish-speaking customers in their own language, which increases the customers’ confidence as they go through the decision-making process.”
The Schneider Fleet Sales team services all 15 of Schneider’s used inventory locations across the U.S.
