GREEN BAY, Wis. (August 25, 2026) – Schneider National, Inc. (NYSE: SNDR), a premier multimodal provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services, is celebrating the third anniversary of its acquisition of M&M Transport Services, marking three years of continued growth, customer retention and operational success. Since joining Schneider in August 2023, M&M has leveraged Schneider's scale, technology and nationwide footprint to expand capabilities while maintaining the service and relationships M&M’s customers have trusted for decades.

The acquisition demonstrates Schneider's disciplined approach to integrating businesses into its portfolio of companies while preserving the strengths that made them successful. Three years after the transaction close, M&M has retained all legacy customers, maintained continuity of associates, and enhanced its growth trajectory by combining M&M’s legacy with Schneider's resources and operational capabilities.

"When companies are sold, customers and associates naturally wonder what will change," said Schneider Senior Vice President Jason Howe, whose accountabilities include Schneider’s subsidiary companies. "From day one, our commitment was simple: preserve what made M&M successful while providing access to the resources, technology and scale of Schneider. Three years later, we've delivered on that commitment. We've retained every legacy M&M customer, continued to grow the business and created opportunities for existing and new customers by supporting M&M with Schneider's nationwide network and capabilities."

M&M Transport Services provides dedicated contract carriage solutions tailored to retail and manufacturing customers and other verticals requiring high service levels and responsiveness. Since becoming part of Schneider's portfolio of brands, M&M has expanded its ability to serve customers through access to Schneider's operating network, maintenance infrastructure, technology platforms, recruiting resources and facility footprint across North America.

The integration was built on proactive communication and close collaboration with customers throughout the transition. By maintaining service continuity while expanding available resources, Schneider helped ensure customers continued receiving the service they expected while gaining access to additional capabilities that support growth. This approach reflects Schneider's commitment to building long-term relationships through reliability, accountability and collaboration.

"The success of M&M shows what's possible when you combine strong customer relationships with the strength of Schneider's network," Howe said. "Whether it's access to facilities, equipment, maintenance support, recruiting resources or technology, M&M can move faster and grow more efficiently while continuing to provide the personalized service customers expect."

The successful integration of M&M reflects Schneider's long-standing approach to growth: building on the strengths of acquired businesses while providing resources that help customers, drivers and associates succeed. Three years after the acquisition, M&M remains focused on delivering the service customers trust while pursuing new opportunities supported by Schneider's network, technology and operational expertise.
