Winter Storm Update

Update: 1/26/2026

A major weather system continues moving across the country, potentially bringing hazardous conditions or causing significant travel disruptions throughout many regions.

Multiple states have declared states of emergency over the weekend, and widespread power outages and continued icy road conditions may impact local operations.

Our teams are actively monitoring conditions, adjusting plans, and coordinating across our network to support freight movements where it can be done safely and responsibly.

As conditions continue to evolve, timely communication is essential. Please share any weather‑related closures, delays, or operational changes with your Schneider team as early as possible.

With 90+ weather seasons behind us, Schneider has the network and experience to weather the storm. If you have any questions, please work directly with your Schneider representative.

Please continue to monitor this page for updates.

Network capacity after a storm or disruption may be localized initially, but longer-term impacts are nationwide.

Please keep in mind that because of these widespread storms and disruptions, inbound shipments are affected across the nation – even in areas where the weather or disruption may not be an issue.
