Shaleen Devgun

Shaleen is the executive vice president and chief innovation and technology officer at Schneider. Shaleen leads the company’s technology, decision engineering and advanced analytics initiatives as a member of the executive team.

Shaleen leads Packerland ventures, a corporate venture that is creating the next generation freight marketplace enabled by automation, aggregation, and intelligence. Investment and focus areas include transportation management systems, autonomous platforms, IOT based trailer and tractor telematics and cognitive decision science platforms that advance decarbonization across supply chains. Shaleen serves as an advisor to 8VC, a leading venture capital fund in Silicon Valley where he provides guidance to the fund’s logistics portfolio. Locally, he serves as chief advisor to TitletownTech, a venture fund founded by the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft Corporation.

Prior to joining Schneider, Shaleen spent over a decade as an industry consultant with DiamondCluster International and Deloitte specializing in venturing, formulation and execution of business and technology strategy.

Shaleen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Math from the University of Pune and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
