About Us

The Schneider Foundation — Making a difference for good

We’re a company that gives back to the communities where we work, live, and do business. In fact, our Schneider Foundation donates more than $2 million a year to non-profit organizations across North America.

As a customer, carrier or associate, you can be proud to be part of it all. We’re a positive force for change. That’s the Schneider way.

A few examples:

Our efforts to give back start and end with our associates. Each year, 100 Schneider associates are chosen to receive a $100 donation made to their favorite charity. So far, our associates have raised $1.3 million during the annual Cerebral Palsy Telethon and frequently donate their time to organizations like the Red Cross and Girl Scouts.

Through our Giving Orange program, Schneider regularly helps those with emergency needs due to fires, illnesses and floods. We work with shippers to transport charity or disaster relief loads at no cost.

The Schneider Foundation is a major sponsor of the Kids for Running program, drawing thousands of children from hundreds of schools.

Schneider has worked with many organizations for years, including the Golden House in Wisconsin, which serves victims of domestic abuse and Make-A-Wish Foundation events. We are consistently one of the top five corporate donors to the United Way.
