How the financing process works
- Contact a Schneider sales representative at 800-635-9801 or fill out the application below when you are within 30 days of considering the purchase of a used truck or trailer.
- If you call a sales representative, they will ask pre-qualifying questions, such as
- What is your estimated credit score?
- How many years have you had a CDL?
- Are you the owner of the business?
- Is this your first truck or equipment purchase?
- Do you own a home?
- How much of a down payment do you have?
- Do you owe child support or have any bankruptcies or repossessions?
- Shortly after the phone conversation or an application is submitted, the sales representative will email you a list of trucks that match your interests. An outside lender will also contact you to discuss financing options.
- If you are interested in a truck for sale, the financing company will have you fill out a credit application with their company in order to provide a more accurate financing quote.
