Chris Lofgren

Chris Lofgren

President, Chief Executive Officer

Chris Lofgren is the president and chief executive officer. He joined Schneider in 1994 as vice president of engineering and systems. Lofgren later served as chief information officer and chief operating officer before being named president and chief executive officer of Schneider in 2002.

Lofgren currently serves on the Board of Directors of CA Technologies, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Transportation Research Institute, a research trust affiliated with the American Trucking Association.

Shaleen Devgun

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Shaleen Devgun is executive vice president and chief information officer at Schneider. In this role, Devgun leads the company’s strategic technology, logistics engineering and business transformation initiatives as a member of the executive team. He joined the company in 2009, most recently serving as the vice president of strategy, planning and solution delivery. Prior to joining Schneider, Devgun spent over a decade in management consulting where his experience included corporate ventures, formulation and execution of business and technology strategy, program leadership and operational design for multiple Fortune 500 corporations.

Paul Kardish

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Paul Kardish is executive vice president and general counsel at Schneider. Kardish joined Schneider in 2013 and has more than 20 years of broad ranging corporate legal, human resources, corporate governance/compliance, security and government relations experience. His career includes work at several Fortune 100 companies spanning multiple industries. Kardish is also a former FBI special agent.

Lori Lutey

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Lori Lutey is the executive vice president and chief financial officer. Lutey’s responsibilities include all aspects of the corporation’s financial functions, including planning, treasury, tax, accounting and controls, and internal audit. She is also responsible for the legal, risk and claims management functions.  

Steve Matheys

Steve Matheys

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer

Steven J. Matheys is executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Schneider. He is responsible for the company's global workforce development initiatives, facilities and real estate, corporate procurement, associate relations, marketing and delivering the company’s Asian business plan. Additionally, Matheys leads the Schneider sustainability strategy and initiative.

LueEllen Oskey

LuEllen Oskey

Director, Executive Administration

LuEllen Oskey is the director of executive administration at Schneider. She is responsible for managing the administrative activities of the company’s executive team and board of directors and is the assistant to the president and chief executive officer. Oskey also coordinates the organization’s operating committee.

In addition to her current role, Oskey serves as chairperson of the Schneider Foundation, which provides support for charitable and non-profit organizations and considers requests for money, time, services and in-kind contributions from a variety of local and national organizations.

Mark Rourke

Mark Rourke

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mark Rourke is the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, logistics and intermodal services. He is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the $4 billion company and has all North American service offerings reporting to him. Rourke joined Schneider in 1987. He has held a variety of leadership roles over his 28-year tenure with the company, including vice president of customer service, director of driver training, general manager of Schneider transportation management and president of truckload services.
